Masterpiece has recently implented its revamped vendor/sub-contractor solicitation and buy-out program. By implementing a new FTP based contract document sharing system and Oracle based management system Masterpiece can more efficiently solicit, distribute and qualify its vast base of over 1000 qualified vendors. This has allowed Masterpiece to translate effieciency into savings to our customers through vendor cost control and aggressive buy-outs of carefulley selected vendors.
